Light Commuter Car (Civilian Landcraft)

This vehicle can be built from readily available standard data packages, and is assembled locally on TL9 planets with a shortage of inexpensive hydrocarbon fuels, or unbreathable atmospheres. It is intended for short duration travel in and around an urban area. The solar cell can charge the battery during times when the vehicle is standing idle, a process which takes about an hour depending on weather conditions. The battery provides a limited capability for operation at night or in inclement weather.
